1. What is the distance to Semara Seminyak from the Airport?
Semara Seminyak is approximately 10kms from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

2. What are the directions to the Resort?
Directions to the resort are available on our website under Location.

3. Is there a transfer service from the Airport to the Resort?
Yes, transfers between the Airport and the Resort are available for an additional charge and can be organised through our reservations department. Alternatively, there is a local taxi service at the airport for your convenience.

4. What is the climate like in Bali?
Bali has a tropical climate with year round temperatures averaging 31 degrees. During the Wet Season from the months of October – April, you can expect a high humidity. The Dry Season between the months of May - September also have the lowest humidity.

The Wet Season brings daily rain and quiet overcast days with the most rain recorded between December - February

5. How many rooms are there at Semara Resort & Spa Seminyak?
We have a total of 58 Rooms : 10 Poolside Rooms (32sqm), 44 Superior Rooms (60sqm) and 4 Deluxe Suites (60sqm).

6. Do you have Internet available in the rooms?
Wireless Internet is complimentary and is available throughout the Resort.

7. Do you offer 24-hour room service?
Yes. We offer 24-hour room service with a selective menu available from Georgies Poolbar and Restaurant.

8. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
For cancellations made outside 30 days from time of arrival, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit made at time of booking. For cancellations made inside 30 days, payment is 100% non-refundable.

9. Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool?)
Room location preferences can be taken into consideration at time of booking, subject to availability.

10. Is Breakfast included in your rates?
Yes, breakfast is included for all persons.

11. Are rollaway beds/cots available?
Yes, rollaway beds and cots are available. Rollaway beds are available for additional persons at US$26.00++ and cots are complimentary for children 1 years and under.

12. What is a Stay/Pay deal?
A Stay/Pay deal is where you pay for a certain number of nights and receive some nights free of charge.

13. Are there any accommodation specials?
All current specials on offer are shown on our website.

14. What is Nyepi Day?
For the Balinese, Nyepi is a day of silence and meditation, reflecting on the year just past and the year that's coming. There are three days of festivals, processions, and parades leading up to it. Usually it is during the month of March and visitors and locals of Bali are not permitted to leave their hotel.

15. Are there any good international hospitals in Bali?
Yes, we have SOS Medical Clinic and BIMC.

16. What kind of adapter do I need to bring to Bali?
In every room or suite at Semara there is an international power socket so there is no need to purchase an adaptor. The voltage in Bali is 210/220 volt.

17. Do you have any Event or Wedding venues?
